ELMO Talent Management (2015-2016)

Contracted to develop key modules for delivery to ELMO clients via their Talent Management System.

Onsite Rental Group (2014–2015)

Configured and implemented the performance management module of the ELMO Talent Management System. Contributed to the implementaiton of the learning management module and developed key training modules.

Experian Australia (2014)

Developed comprehensive user guide and training videos for Experian’s credit reporting system, Corrections Exchange. These are used by Experian’s customers which include several of the major banks.

Toyota Financial Management (2013–2014)

Updated user guides for portal software for fleet customers and dealers. Researched and prepared product reference guides for staff training and for development of elearning suite to be used by Fleet Management staff.

Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD)

Trainer for The Heart of Instruction Design and Beyond ADDIE: Putting the Design into Instructional Design.

Lend Lease (2011–2014)

Instructional Designer and Applications Trainer responsible for:

  • design and delivery of training on a major decision control system for projects
  • developing and delivering training on a new program for reporting safety and environmental incidents
  • updating and delivering materials for upgrade to Windows 7 and Office 2010, and delivering programs on a range of custom project management solutions.
